Hello, I did not see this before... you should probably have added the comment on the post. I believe you are talking of Excel Roster Generator. So, you add all resources on the left, then you need to define some shifts, for example 8:00-17:00 (9 hours) Mon-Fri, that's shift1, and you allocate there 2 FTE. You will need to have other to cover Sat/Sun, for example, shift2 can be 8:00-17:00 Wed-Sun, and so on. Hope that helps!
Need help to understand the excel. I m trying to accomodate 2 ppl per shift along with Sat/Sun and 5 days a week, 9 hr per day
